And through this (laborious) journey, I learned there were a few key factors to ensuring you were successful – or ensuring you never would be.
These came from not only my experience, but also from teaching at the best school in Melbourne, being an ambassador for a peak industry association, and helping train hundreds of people within the industry.
I knew there were essential gaps that had to be filled in order to ensure amazingly deserving massage therapists could really thrive in their home-based businesses. And so I became an expert at distilling down essential business info into really manageable bite sized chunks to deliver that and keep them out of overwhelm and into real results, fast!

Just like I’d never suggest a treatment plan for a client if they didn't share information about their goals and their body, I can't suggest how I can specifically help YOU until you've shared what you need.
But based on my experience, I can give you an idea of what could be involved.
Often the key is to stay motivated and continually taking action steps towards your goals over a period of time.
I find that 4 months is the perfect amount of time to commit to each other.
Our first Session is a 90 minute Kickstart. We dig deep, and by the end you will have a clear plan of attack - action steps to take you towards your goals.
For the next 4 weeks we meet weekly, so that you don't loose steam. My skill as a coach is to help you stay accountable to your goals, and trouble shoot all the issues that arise without letting you get bogged down and overwhelmed.
After 4 weeks of intensive work together, it's time to re-evaluate. Do we need to keep up the intensity or would meeting every 2 weeks be more helpful.
And just like I would explain to my massage clients, our 'treatment' plan evolves to fit you and your specific needs.
Every session I will make time for us to revise and refine our approach so you are ALWAYS moving forward at a pace that is JUST RIGHT for you.
