The reason I started First Steps is because I've been a home based Massage and Bowen therapist for 20 years, and I get first hand what it's like to feel isolated - and to flounder - and to feel overwhelmed.
Now, as a coach, I speak to way too many women every week who, despite being AMAZING at delivering their services, are struggling to get enough clients through the door, to make ends meet under the pressure of running a business.

They certainly didn’t for me!
BUT, I knew this was what I wanted to do more than anything else, so I learned everything I could and now I run an abundant home-based massage biz.
A business that I love. A business that helps other people. A business that has given me the time and resources to support myself and my children without worrying about where the next paycheck was coming from.
And through this (laborious) journey, I learned there were a few key factors to ensuring you were successful – or ensuring you never would be.
These came from not only my experience, but also from teaching at the best school in Melbourne, being an ambassador for a peak industry association, and helping train hundreds of people within the industry.
I knew there were essential gaps that had to be filled in order to ensure amazingly deserving massage therapists could really thrive in their home-based businesses. And so I became an expert at distilling down essential business info into really manageable bite sized chunks to deliver that and keep them out of overwhelm and into real results, fast!
And I want to help other women - save time and energy, learn from my mistakes and implement effective solutions.
